Summer Intensive with Gay White

In this Intensive we will approach the whole practice including standing poses, backbends & forward bends, inversions, restorative asanas and breathwork including pranayama. This can be a time to rebuild your practice after the last year and enjoy moving and sharing the joy of yoga with others in person.
