The Teaching and Practice of Restorative Poses part 1 with Bonnie Maeda

In the May 1st session, we will focus on supported backbends, and supported inversions. The participants will experience a warm up sequence preparing for these poses. I will offer several options for setting up the restorative pose. We will then work together to individualize each pose.
