Learn about watershed and stream restoration, explore the Nature Center and get familiar with county history by attending OKI - Regional Council's Annual Conservation Tour on Thursday, August 23rd, 2018! This years host is Boone County Conservation District, which as planned the following schedule:

8:30 a.m. Registration and check in Room 1 - Sign in, grab a donut, and some coffee

9:00 a.m. BCCDKY Introductions and Announcements

9:20 a.m. Travel to YMCA Camp Ernst

9:30 a.m. Talk and explore wetland and barn - Led by Barb Rathbun

10:15 a.m. Travel to Nature Center

10:30 a.m. Short hike at Nature Cente - Led by Rex McBride

11:00 a.m. Travel to Big Bone State Park

11:30 a.m. Lunch at Big Boone with presentation - Catered box lunch

12:00 p.m. Explore on your own at the Visitor’s

12:45 p.m. Travel to Piner Property

1:00 p.m. Walk and talk at Piner Property - Led by Amelia Hulth and BCCDKY Staff

2:00 p.m. Travel to Rabbit Hash
