Advanced Porcelian Tile Manufacturing

This course will review and discuss the newest revolutionary technologies in the production of ceramic tile. We will review the manufacturing process from the types of minerals used to the final packaging procedures. Along the way pointing out the newest advancements in both kilns and glazing advancements. Each types of tile by classification has different physical characteristics and testing regimes which will be discussed.The methods of manufacturing together with the standards of those techniques will be review and attendees will be shown the step by step process to achieve the highest quality porcelain tiles and adhere to the stickiest standards for both manufacturing and as we ll as adhering to the Green Squared standards of the ANSI & TCNA guidelines.
