Discriminatory School Disciplinary Practices

We will examine discriminatory school disciplinary practices and how the practitioner can be an effective advocate for the student early in the disciplinary process. Attorney Polin will also address unlawful disciplinary policies as applied to students with disabilities and examine well-drafted and executed Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
