How did this come about, you ask?

It started as a way to honor is infant daughter; Ryan Garcia performed a random act of kindness for 366 straight days.  This dad brought happiness and comfort to thousands of folks in the Chicagoland area with each act. Garcia is now taking his program to a national level by performing a random act of kindness in each of the 50 states.  Along the way, he plans to raise awareness for 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome; a condition that affects his infant son, Cohen.  Dempster also has a child affected by this syndrome (22q), which is a commonly overlooked diagnosis in children around the world.

Garcia's act of kindness for the state of Illinois, is to conduct this fundraiser for the Dempster Family Foundation, and he has chosen Chicago's, Pipeworks Brewing Co. as a partner.

Pipeworks Brewing Co. is know for it's small-batch, out-side-the-box beer style and flavors. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Cohen's State of Kind beer will be donated to DFF.
