Description:
What causes stress in our kids today? We will explore this question and look at what data and research tells us about how we can help them be less stressed. We will look at different calming strategies that could be easily implemented in the classroom that will help with symptoms of ADHD, lower anxiety and depression, decrease anger, and improve both self-regulation and academic performance.

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.
Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session.
Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.
Attendance Policy:
If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
