Description: 

This informational session will assist families, caregivers, and parents of and students with disabilities to understand the importance of long range and financial planning.  It is never too early but it can be too late!!  Join Carolyn Wheeler, Karen Perch, and SuAnn Williams as they cover; Guardianship and Supported Decision Making, Special and Supplemental Needs Trusts (SNT), Funding a SNT, STABLE Accounts, Employment Options, How Work and SSI Can Work Together, and more.  Lunch is included with this session.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
