8-1-19 Effective and Efficient Ways to Set-Up a Special Education Classroom- No Fee for Member Distircts, $35 Fee for Non Member Districts

Speaker: Sally Miracle

Target Audience: Any school staff working in a special education classroom

Description:  Setting up the physical structure of your special education classroom is a personal choice and can be very stressful.  However, some logical reasoning should be utilized when determining the layout of the room based on research and experience.  The classroom setup should always be planned around the students from the start.  This session will look at the most effective ways to set up a special education classroom to best support student success and increase student independence while at the same time meeting the needs of the teacher.
