Description:
Research shows that trauma exposure in childhood affects brain development. It is not a hopeless cause though. Research also shows that the negative effects of trauma can be reversed. This session will explore instructional strategies to help students achieve academic success. A brief overview of trauma will also be discussed.

Attendance Policy:
If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
