Are you writing IEPs to primarily meet federal and state compliance requirements? This session will focus on moving beyond compliance to using the IEP to drive instruction and improve individual outcomes for students.   Participants will be taken through the process of developing an IEP.   Participants are encouraged to bring to the training an IEP, with progress monitoring data from a student on their current caseload .

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
