7-25 and 7-26-17 Multisensory Language Toolkit

Target Audience:  Interventionists, Special Ed teachers grades K-8, Speech Language Pathologists

Description:   The Language Toolkit and Recipe for Reading are tools for explicit, systematic multisensory instruction.  This session will train teachers in the Language Toolkit component from the Multisensory Literacy Instruction series.  The toolkit can be used with individual students or small groups of students to teach visual and auditory recognition of letters and sounds as well as blending and segmenting.  Teachers will receive materials to implement the intervention immediately.

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
