6-15-17 Co-Teaching Math to the Max!

Speaker: Mark Helton, Arlene Crabtree and Sabrina Mouser    

Target Audience:

New and experienced General/Special Education co-teaching teams grades 6-12; General and Special Education teachers and administrators, grades 6-12; Directors of Special Education

Description: 

Are you wanting to maximize the potential in your co-teaching middle and high school math class?  Are you a new co-teaching team wanting to know how to get started?  Are you an experienced co-teaching team ready to kick it up a notch?  If so, then this Professional Learning Experience is for you!  Deepen knowledge about various co-teaching approaches and how they can be implemented, consider options for co-planning, use your data to begin thinking about your specific classes, and network with other teams.   Learn from a veteran co-teaching team as they share experiences from the classroom.

Follow up to this PLE will be provided by the CKEC Math Consultant and will include classroom visits and support for team members in the fall and spring semester.

GUESTS/UNREGISTERED POLICY

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
