Brenda Addington, MA, CCC-SLP will address ethical issues pertaining to design and usage of verbal intelligence tests & speech/language evaluation tools, how language differs from verbal intelligence,
using standardized tests in program planning and completing standardized testing according to KEG-R
Participant outcomes are: to discuss ethical issues pertaining to:
1. Use of intelligence tests in evaluation, diagnosis of communication disorders and program planning
2. Explaining differences between verbal intelligence and oral language in ARC meetings
3. Selection and use of standardized tests for determining eligibility and program planning
4. Standardized testing procedures required for determining eligibility according to KEG-R guidelines

Attendance Policy:
If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
