AM Effective Academic Master Scheduling to Enhance Student Performance: An Overview 9/22/16 

Speaker: Dr. Darrell Witten

Target Audience:  Superintendents, Directors of Special Education, Principals, Assistant Principals, Curriculum Specialists and Guidance Counselors

Description:  This session will begin the process with a district team of effective academic master scheduling for elementary, middle, and high schools.  Emphasis will be placed on the use of student performance data to match student needs with teacher strengths in order to enhance student performance.  An intentional focus will be on the scheduling for students with special learning needs (English Language Learners, Gifted, and Special Education students).

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
