Minds in Motion 8/2/16 $35 Member Districts $75 Non- Member Districts

Target Audience: All Educators, School Based Therapists

Description: Mind in Motion is a one day training which includes the Maze Handbook.

This seminar will cover:

  • The basis of Minds-in-Motion, what it looks like, and how it differs from other “movement programs”
  • An overview of the foundational research and data on which our program is based
  • Specific environmental and social changes in the past 2 generations contributing to classroom struggles
  • An in-depth overview of The Minds-in-Motion Maze, its protocols, and the importance of each activity
  • Comparative examples of Maze implementation at other institutions
  • Ideas to Enhance your Minds-in-Motion Maze
  • How to know your Maze is working – Pre & post assessment training, data tracking and documentation
  • How to identify students in your classroom who are in need of a more intensive program

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
