KSBA Medicaid Billing Updates No fees

Target Audience: Directors of Special Education, Finance Officers, and Medicaid Coordinators

Description: 

Kentucky  School Boards Association is providing this administrative training for School Based Health Services ( SBHS) to support the administrative side of the program. The session is designed for Director of Special Educations, Finance Officers, and Medicaid Coordinators at the district level.  It covers the SBHS timeline, estimated revenue, provider qualifications, administrative reports in ezEdMed, assistive technology, transportation, SBHS technical guide, annual application, Medicaid reports, KY Health Net, Fairbanks, SBAC, and monitoring reviews/audits.  The session is not appropriate for school based therapists.

GUESTS/UNREGISTERED POLICY

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
