Description: Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) often struggle with being successful at school due to all of the demands and expectations. Strategies will be presented and demonstrated that have proven successful for supporting students who have High Functioning ASD in the general education settings. Supports to enhance effective academic, behavior, social, and emotional progress will be the focus of the workshop. Strategies will be applicable for special and general education teachers.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session.
Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.
Attendance Policy:
If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
