Science Curriculum Planning Day June 10th 2015 (No Charge)

Target Audience: Teams of science teachers (regular content network teacher–leaders and additional teachers) from each district

Description: 

Science Curriculum Planning Day – June 10th and/or July 16th: Science Curriculum Planning Day – designed for a team of science teachers (regular content network teacher–leaders and additional teachers) from each district to attend the session to plan district-wide implementation of the Kentucky Core Academic Standards-Science (NGSS) for the 2015-2016 school-year. This is an opportunity for teachers to work with grade level teachers across their own district as well as from other districts in developing units, tasks and assessments.  Please make sure to sign-up on the same date as the rest of your district team.

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
