Target Audience: The target audience will be anyone who works with students in the area of literacy with an interest in technology tools.

Description: During this session, you will learn about a variety of digital tools that can be used to engage students in literacy learning: reading, writing, speaking, listening, viewing, and visually representing. During the presentation, you will get an overview of the different tools, have the opportunity to explore the different tools, and discuss with your colleagues ways to implement the tools in your own teaching.

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
