Strategies for Operations with Fractions No Fee for CKEC Member Districts, $35 for Non-Member

Description: 

This workshop will present  ideas for teaching fraction operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).  The focus will be on helping students understand the operations with respect to fractions.  Connections to various fraction models will be discussed throughout the session.

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.

Please get permission from CKEC prior to video or audio recording a portion or all of a CKEC session. 

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.

Attendance Policy:

If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
