This training is designed for instructional coaches at all grade levels, across various content and all stages of coaching. Participants will examine the issues involved with coaching; What does coaching look like? How do I find a starting point and get teachers on board? How do effective coaching conversations look? And how do I plan professional learning opportunities that make an impact?
The training will reference the work of Jim Knight and his books, “Instructional Coaching” and “ Unmistakable Impact”.

Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.
Attendance Policy:
If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
