Speaker: Christina Krantz
Target Audience: High school special education teachers who work with students on post-secondary transition
Description:
Transition assessment can be an overwhelming process. Yet understanding the knowledge and skills each student has currently and what they still need to learn in the future is critical to the success of their educational experiences and life after high school. This training will help participants gain clearer understanding of the relationship between transition assessments, the transition components of the IEP, and post-school outcomes.
