PASS and Behavior Coaches PGES and Domain 2 How to show evidence 12-9-14

Description:

Domain 2 of the KY PGES is about the classroom environment and is divided into 5 sections:

2a.  Creating an Environment of Respect and Rapport, 2b.  Establishing a Culture for Learning

2c.  Managing Classroom Procedures, 2d.  Managing Student Behavior, 2e. Organizing Physical Space.  We will explore PGES Domain 2 and how it relates to the job description  of a behavior coach or those that work with children who have behavioral challenges.  The participants will  work together to enhance implementation of PGES.  Developing a common understanding is critical to accuracy, teaching advancement and the framework’s impact on students learning.
