Writing IEP’s for students with Moderate and Severe Disabilities 11-7-14

Speaker: Sally Miracle

Target Audience: Teachers of students with moderate to severe disabilities.

Description:

Participants will become familiar with the requirements for developing a compliant IEP.    As components of the IEP are reviewed participants will practice developing each component using progress data. The session will also look at how the IEP can be used as supporting documentation for the Alternate Assessment Participation Guidelines.  Participants are expected to bring an IEP, with progress monitoring, and Participation Guidelines from a student on their caseload to the training.

If you need ADA accommodations, please email Brandi Carroll at brandi@cksec.org.
