Target Audience:

World language teachers, non-language specific.

Description:

This one-day workshop is presented by ACTFL and hosted by Jessamine County Schools.  At the workshop, participants will experience:

Concentration on Interpretive Listening (authentic examples, how to prepare learners for a variety of accents) and also Interpersonal Communication. 

Overview/review of what it takes to move from Novice to Intermediate to Advanced;

Developing, practicing, and assessing listening and speaking through the lens of Interpretive and Interpersonal Modes

CKEC accepts purchase orders, checks, or money orders for payment. CKEC, for auditing purposes, can not accept cash. 

Attendance Policy: If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
