Teacher Stress and How It Impacts Students 7-17-14

Speaker:Megan Filburn

Target Audience: Special Educator, and General Education Teacher, Counselors, School Psychologists, Para Educators

Description: Are you stressed out? There's never enough time to do all the “nothings” you want. Take a break, slow down and sometimes just taking a few minutes for nothing can make the difference between a less stressful afternoon and a more stressful one. How do you relieve stress when you're rushed and stressed? When educators are stressed, their students feel the stress. This session will explore ways to identify and manage your stress.

EILA: Yes
