Target Audience: Middle and High school special education teachers, guidance counselors

Description: This session will provide an overview of the National Secondary Transition Technical Assistance Center’s Evidence Based Practices (EBP) in Post Secondary Transition.  Participants will explore the EBP and see how they can be incorporated into various lessons and activities. EBP Resources will also be shared with participants.

Attendance Policy: If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
