Description: Check and Connect is a research-based mentoring program designed to assist At- Risk youth with program completion, prevention of drop-outs, and fostering connections between home and school. This focus of this training will be implementation Check & Connect during the 2014-15 school year. Participants will receive the Check and Connect Implementation Manual and acquire access and training in usage of the web based progress monitoring system that accompanies Check and Connect.

At CKSEC, we love kids and families! Unfortunately, due to liability issues and professional decorum, children and other family members or friends are not permitted to attend our trainings.
Please dress in layers as it can be difficult to adjust the temperature.
CKEC accepts purchase orders, checks, or money orders for payment. CKEC, for auditing purposes, can not accept cash.
Attendance Policy: If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.
Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
