Per public comment policy, speakers representing the pharmaceutical industry will be given up to 3 minutes per drug topic to make a presentation to the Committee about that medication. Speakers representing advocacy groups or other interested parties will be given up to 3 minutes to make a presentation which is broad in scope and not drug-specific. Speakers will not be permitted to ask questions of the Committee, the Division of Medicaid, or the State’s Vendor during this meeting. Slide presentations and/or handouts are not permitted
REMINDER: Registered speakers must sign in at least ten (10) minutes prior to the start of the meeting; otherwise the speaker will not be permitted to speak during the public comment period.
