This workshop focuses on the Positive Approach to Care philosophy. Participants will be introduced to the GEMS® model and learn practical skills including Positive Physical Approach™ and Hand-under-Hand®.

Join us for one 7-hour intensive course and begin to master the art of responding, not reacting!
