APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY OCTOBER 9TH.
Mixer Host Guidelines
- Business must be a current member of the McKinleville Chamber of Commerce
- Hosts for January thru October must be able to accommodate between 50 to 75 guests.
- Hosts for November and December must be able to accommodate 150+ guests
- May, Pony Express Kick-Off Mixer host must be able to accommodate 150+ guests
- The host provides food and beverage. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as non-alcoholic drinds are available. A suggestion for food is co-hosting with a chamber member that is a restaurant or caterer.
- Host must provide 3-4 raffle prizes and 2 door prizes.
- If a business is home based or is not able to accommodate the number of guests, they are ivited to participate in our August "MegaMixer" business showcase.
- Mixers are held the 4th Thursday of the month, except during November and December which are held the 2nd Thursday of the month. Mixers run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- No mixer is scheduled for March due to our Annual Awards Dinner
