Pony Express Days Vendor Application 

Event Information & Guidelines:

Craft/Kids Activities/Non-Profit Booth Space Fees: $50.00 per 10x10 booth space.  You are responsible for providing your own tables and equipment.  The fee pays for your space only.  Canopies and tarps are not provided. You must come prepared for all weather conditions.   Non Profit information booths (not selling products) are $35.00, information booths do not have to provide a seller permit number.  You will be assigned a spot at the north end of park along Pickett Rd, please check in when you arrive.  

Food Booth Space Fees: $100.00 per 10x10 booth space.  You are responsible for providing all materials necessary to run your food booth, the fee pays for the space only.  Electricity is limited, once you submit your application you will be contacted if you have electricity needs.  You must obtain a Temporary Food Facility Permit (no later than 2 weeks prior to festival) from The Division of Environmental Health at 100 H Street in Eureka, or 707-445-6215.  Please come prepared for all weather conditions. Food booths will be near gazebo area, please check in.  All food booths must have current fire extinguisher and propane stoves must be secured to tables.

Please: No dogs allowed in any booth space.  This is a family festival - we ask you do not sell anything with illegal/inappropriate pictures, descriptions or other items.  Set up time is from 8am - 10:30am.  Once the parade begins at 11am, Central Avenue will be shut down.  Break down is from 4:00pm - 5:00pm, please do not break down until festival is over.  All applications must be received by May 24, 2014.

Cancellation Policy:  Any cancellation request must be received by the McKinleyville Chamber by May 24, 2014 for a full refund.  No refunds will be issued after this date.  Pony Express goes on RAIN or SHINE, we cannot issue refunds for weather.

Your application will be reviewed and a space reserved.  You will be notified of acceptance of your application and reservation confirmation once payment is received.  Please mail fees to:  McKinleyville Chamber, PO Box 2144, McKinleyville CA 95519 or drop off at the chamber office at 1640 Central Ave. The chamber also accepts credit cards.
