In case of inclement weather, the NAPO-NE Board of Directors may cancel our monthly NAPO-NE business meeting in order to ensure safety. Should there be a snow emergency declared in the city of Waltham, MA, the President and the Treasurer will make a decision regarding the meeting no later than 2pm that same day. The President will direct the website committee to reflect the change on the NAPO-New England website, will send out an email to the membership, and will notify the Boston/Waltham Embassy Suites of the meeting cancellation. Members should not call the Boston/Waltham Embassy Suites. Liaisons to Programming, Greeters, Associate Members, Facilitator, etc. will contact appropriate people to inform them of the cancellation.
