Gold Hollow Day Camp offers an outdoor experience for youth ages 5-12 years old on the shores of scenic Lake Vera nestled among pine trees. It is perfect for first time and experienced day campers. Day campers participate in a wide variety of activities and new experiences including canoeing, arts & crafts, hiking, out door cooking, games, and swimming. Each day will be built around a theme that campers are encouraged to participate in. This year they include "The West is Best" Day, Animal Day, Team Day, Mismatch Day, and Camp Fire (Red, White, and Blue) Day. Nutritious lunches will be served in an outdoor setting. Parents will need to provide transportation to and from camp each day. Day camp offers a chance for campers to put down their electronic devices and spend days experiencing new adventures and building new friendships. Our commitment is to helping youth “find their spark” and THRIVE in a safe and caring outdoor environment.
Safety considerations: All staff and campers will need to show proof of current vaccination or negative COVID test within 48 hours of arrival at camp. All of our activities are in outdoor settings except bath houses.
