2019 All-Iowa Bankruptcy Seminar 

The Iowa Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Bankruptcy Seminars, Inc. will be jointly presenting their respective annual bankruptcy conferences on Thursday and Friday, October 10 and 11, 2019 at the newly renovated Renaissance Savery hotel in Des Moines, Iowa. A block of rooms is available for $139 per night on a first-come-first served basis. This year's lineup will offer more than 10 hours of CLE credit, including ethics hours, on a variety of topics of interest to all bankruptcy or debtor/creditor practitioners.  See the list of speakers and topics below.

Conference registration also includes lunch and dinner on Thursday, breakfast on Friday morning, and access throughout the conference to the hospitality suite. 

The All-Iowa Bankruptcy Conference will provide digital copies of the conference materials to all conference attendees, by providing a secure URL hyperlink to download the written outlines prior to the conference. Flash drives containing the materials will also be available at no cost at the conference. Bound hard copies of the conference materials will be available for those willing to pay an additional $40.00 during the online registration process, to cover the additional printing and binding costs.
