2018 All-Iowa Bankruptcy Seminar

The Iowa Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Bankruptcy Seminars, Inc. will be jointly presenting their respective annual bankruptcy conferences on Thursday and Friday, September 27 and 28, 2018 at the Doubletree by Hilton, Cedar Rapids in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A block of rooms is available for $114 per night on a first-come-first served basis. Contact the hotel at 319-731-4444 to reserve.

By jointly presenting the IAFBA's 37th Annual Bankruptcy Conference with BSI's 48th Annual Barbara Everly Bankruptcy Seminar, all of Iowa's bankruptcy practitioners will get the best of both conferences at one time and location. This year's lineup includes 11.75 hours of CLE credit, including 2 ethics hours.

This years lineup includes a number of speakers on the latest topics of interest to all consumer, business, debtor and creditor bankruptcy practitioners. Conference registration also includes lunch and dinner on Thursday, breakfast on Friday morning, and access throughout the conference to the hospitality suite.

In an effort to keep costs down and to be as "green" as possible, the All-Iowa Bankruptcy Conference will provide digital copies of the conference materials to all conference attendees, by providing a secure URL hyperlink to download the written outlines prior to the conference. Flash drives containing the materials will also be available at the conference. Bound hard copies of the conference materials will be available for those willing to pay an additional $40.00 during the online registration process, to cover the additional printing and binding costs.
