AUSA Redstone-Huntsville Annual Meeting 2015 Sponsorship 

Greetings from your Association of the U.S. Army’s “Best Chapter Overall” for the 11^th time!  The Redstone-Huntsville Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is preparing to travel to our Nation’s capital once again as part of the AUSA Annual Meeting 11-14 October 2015.    The Annual Meeting serves as an important professional development forum for our Army and the companies supporting Soldiers.  In addition, the Annual Meeting offers exceptional opportunities to network with leaders in the Army and defense community. We anticipate a great turn-out from the Huntsville – Madison – Madison County area as well as Redstone Arsenal.

 Your Redstone-Huntsville Chapter will support the award-winning Team Redstone running teams as they compete once again to bring home their division championships in 31^st running of the Army Ten-Miler.  Our “HOOAH Tent”, also known as “The Launching Pad,” serves as the pre- and post-race center of activities for our two teams and their supporters.  We also provide a place for the many solo runners who travel from the Redstone-Huntsville area to participant in this great event.  If you have never witnessed the start/finish of the Army Ten-Miler we hope you will join us on Race Day, October 11^th.  In addition, we will open a Hospitality Suite on Sunday and Tuesday night - a great place to network and wind down after a day at the Convention Center.

This letter kindly requests your help in offsetting the expenses we incur supporting our Soldiers, running teams, and corporate and individual members at the Annual Meeting.  We are asking companies to be Annual Meeting Sponsors as part of the President’s Circle - Gold Sponsorship ($5,000 contribution), or Board of Directors’ Circle - Silver Sponsorship ($2,500 contribution); or become a HOOAH Tent “Champions Launching Pad” ($1,500 contribution)(SOLD) Sponsor, or “Runners Mark” ($750 contribution) Sponsor.  Each level of sponsorship offers a waiver of the per room hospitality fee for a limited number of hotel rooms per company. The details of the benefits associated with each level of sponsor are enclosed.

Whether you attend the Annual Meeting in person or just want to support the Chapter sponsored Team Redstone runners this is a unique opportunity for you to show your corporate pride in the accomplishments of the Runners and the Chapter. We recognize how important every dollar is in your marketing and advertising budget, and will work very hard to provide the appropriate recognition for your sponsorship participation. In fact you will notice that this year we have revised our contribution tiers to enable more of our corporate members (large and small) to make our support of the Soldiers, Department of the Army Civilians, and their families possible.
