AUSA 2014 Annual Meeting Hospitality Suite Sponsorship 

Greetings from your AUSA “Best Chapter Overall”!  The Redstone-Huntsville Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) is preparing to travel to our Nation’s capital once again as part of the National AUSA Annual Meeting 13-15 October 2014.    The Annual Meeting serves as an important professional development forum for Soldiers and companies supporting Soldiers.  In addition, the Annual Meeting offers exceptional opportunities to network with leaders in the Army and defense community.

This year, your Redstone-Huntsville Chapter will continue to support the Army Ten-Miler with a “HOOAH Tent” supporting the award-winning Team Redstone running teams, as well as race-goers.  In addition, we will open a Hospitality Suite on Sunday and Tuesday night - a great place to network and wind down after a day at the Convention Center.   This letter requests your help in offsetting the expenses we incur supporting our Soldiers, running teams, and corporate and individual members at the Annual Meeting.  We are asking companies to contribute $10,000, $5,000, or $2,500 to become a “Platinum”, “Gold” or "Silver Hospitality Suite Sponsor,” or $1,000 to become a “Hooah Tent Sponsor”.  Your company’s name will receive premier billing as a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Hooah Tent sponsor and will be proudly and prominently displayed in the Chapter booth on the Exhibit Floor, Chapter Hospitality Suite, and/or Hooah Tent. Additionally your company will be officially recognized from the podium during remarks in the hospitality suite and in our AUSA Salute newsletter.

 We recognize how important every dollar is in your marketing and advertising budget, and will work very hard to provide the appropriate recognition for your sponsorship participation. You make our support of our Soldiers possible.

• Large 3x7 Pop-up banner displayed in Hospitality Suite (design provided by sponsor - banner becomes property of sponsoring company after Annual Meeting)
• Sponsor name displayed prominently on sponsorship signs in Chapter Hospitality Suite
• Sponsor name displayed prominently on sponsorship signs in Alabama “Hooah” Tent
• $150 Chapter Room Sponsorship Fee Waived for up to Five Rooms
• Space provided for a trifold or “one-pager” brochure (copies provided by sponsor) on tables at Chapter Hospitality Suite entryway
• Verbal acknowledgement of sponsorship in Chapter Hospitality suite by emcee
• Special Recognition Plaque presented to sponsor in Chapter Hospitality Suite during program

***The Redstone-Huntsville Chapter Hospitality Suite will open on Sunday (chapter members only) and Tuesday night this year.  Sunday night will be for chapter members only, while Tuesday night will be our usual “Open House”.
