The Shine Big Kahuna is a middle school over-nighter with games, dinner, music, prizes, bowling, trampolining, snacks, more games, movies, lots of fun, breakfast, and a Big Kahuna hoodie! This year's theme is "#WHOAMI2014," building on our year-long Shine theme “Who Am I?”.
Our theme verse is Philippians 2:1-4: "Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others."
Please Bring: Comfy clothes for playing, bowling, jumping, and lounging (you probably want shorts for jumping and maybe a change of clothes for after jumping); deodorant & other toiletries, pillow; blanket or sleeping bag; card or board games.
Please Note: Students' use of electronics will be totally at the discretion of adult chaperones.
Cost is $45 per person. Register before Nov. 9th and pay only $40! Add $20 for each sibling (must be from the same family). Financial assistance is available; please contact Mara Johnson.
You can register and pay for the event by clicking "Register Now!" below. But before you register please click on the SkyZone waiver form link below. You must have a waiver on file at SkyZone if you want to be able to participate!
