ASCE Region 3 Assembly
The ASCE Region 3 Board of Governors is pleased to host the 11th annual ASCE Region 3 Assembly in Green Bay, Wisconsin on July 19-20, 2019. The conference will be held at the Hotel Northland (304 N. Adams Street, Green Bay WI). It will start at approximately 11:30am on Friday and end at 1:30pm on Saturday.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A block of rooms has been put on hold at the host hotel, the Hotel Northland. Hotel reservations must be made prior to Tuesday, June 25, 2019. The room rates for the conference are $159.00 per night plus taxes and are available on Thursday (7/18/19) night through Saturday (7/20/19) night. These rates are guaranteed for all nights.

Rooms for persons desiring to come earlier or stay later are subject to availability and going rates and reservations for those additional nights must be made on your own. Room cancellations must be no later than 6pm the day before.
REGISTRATION
Registration for the conference, and optional Lambeau Field tour, will be done at the link below. Guests and spouses can also be registered for the Lambeau Field tour through the online system. The Region 3 Assembly fee is $60.00. If anyone does elect to register for the conference on-site, the fee will be raised to $150.00 to better reflect the full cost of running the conference. On site registration requires payment by check and/or cash only. Credit cards and/or billings are not acceptable.
LAMBEAU FIELD TOUR RESERVATIONS
As a special bonus this year, we will have a group reservation for a Lambeau Field Tour on Saturday July 20 from 2:30 pm-4:30pm. Space is limited to the first 50 Region 3 attendees and guests that sign up. This is a unique opportunity to see and learn about this historic piece of NFL history along with the franchise that put the City on the map. The tour will cost $30 per person. Guests and significant others are welcome. Registration must be completed by July 6, 2019 to reserve your spot.
