IPTV presents The Beatles: Eight Days a Week—The Touring Years, a new film by Ron Howard, Friday, November 17 at 7 p.m. in the Maytag Auditorium at the IPTV studios in Johnston. This event is free and open to the public but guests must r.s.v.p. by November 15. Beer and wine will be served.
This Emmy and Grammy-Award-winning film highlights the Beatles’ tours from 1962-1966 through never-seen-before footage from concerts and archival interviews with John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, plus new interviews with McCartney and Starr.
No other band before the Beatles built such a large international following or staged sold-out stadium-filled concerts. The film chronicles the meteoric rise of the Beatles and how they forever changed youth culture…and gave us great tunes that we all know by heart.
Seating for the screening is limited so reserve your seats today!
