Introduction to Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a research-validated, attachment-based approach to help couples move from relational distress to more secure connection. This course combines didactic presentation, case vignettes, & videotape of real EFT sessions for interactive learning. Includes an overview of EFT model with key techniques and interventions.
