James Wamser, a member of the Customer Education team at Ripon Printers, has been working in the graphic arts industry since the early '90s. James provides training and technical support for Ripon's customers, as well as its prepress department. James is an Adobe Certified Instructor, and he teaches InDesign at Milwaukee Area Technical College in Wisconsin. James is also the co-chair of the Milwaukee InDesign User Group. He is totally committed to helping meet the ever-changing technical challenges of transforming designers' concepts into beautiful printed pages as seamlessly and cost-effectively as possible
