 Program: 
The AIA Toledo Annual Meeting will be an overview of the past year from each of the committees, and is required by our bylaws for voting each of the Executive Committee members into office. It is also a chance to review the budgets for 2016 and 2017.

As part of our National accreditation process, we were required to revise our bylaws in accordance with the AIA National model. These revisions follow the form and designations required by AIA National with local and state wording required by the Ohio Secretary of State for not-for-profit organizations.

Voting on proposed bylaws will take place at this meeting.  This will require AT LEAST 10% of eligible voting members (AIA, FAIA, AIA EMERITUS) present to conduct business so please plan to attend!
