To Reach Today’s kidz you MUST know the new laws!
In this breakout Stacie Reber will go through the mandatory clearances needed for paid and volunteer staff who work with children. This session will make available easy to follow directions for the required websites, and display a filing system to keep these clearances updated. At the very least this should help alleviate all these overwhelming hassles.

Growing Your Church to Multiply!
Mike Schooley, Chuck Frank, Zach Wilt, and Christina Gray will share what they have learned along the way to multiplying and reaching more people for Jesus!

Mentoring God's Style!
Victor Glover encourages us with updates and "how to's" of walking along side a disciple for Jesus!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today's evangelism may look different in how we reach the lost, but the message is the same. The ERC Multiplication Commission has determined four key components for furthering the Kingdom of God. They are Making Disciples who make Disciples who make Disciples, Developing Leaders, Expanding Ministries, and supporting more Church Plants. The topics provided in this Summit will include multiple usable tools to equip you. Here is a list of the workshops:
Keynote Speaker plus a Workshop on Micro Churches-  Pastor Dan Brindley
Dan Brindley is the lead pastor of CrossPoint Church of Farmingdale, NJ. CrossPoint is recognized as one of the Top 100 Fastest Reproducing Churches in America. Dan is passionate about making disciples for Jesus. He led the transition of CrossPoint from a traditional church that was struggling to a vibrant community with five worship services every weekend. He has led a team resulting in 30 plus missional (micro) churches being planted in the community, outside the walls of the church. Dan has been married to his wife, Stephanie, for 30 years. Together they have three children, all who are an integral part of his ministry at CrossPoint.
The Benefits of Using the Discovery Bible Study Method 101 -  Dennis Regitz
A Discovery Bible Study allows people to discover God as they read His Word. The DBS Method encourages disciple-making, obedience, ministry, and leadership development. This session answers the why question as it pertains to disciples making disciples based on some biblical text and concepts.
Experiencing the Discovery Bible Study Method 102 -  Dennis Regitz
This session works well to have attended “The Benefits of Using the Discovery Bible Study Method” workshop. But, it is not required. This workshop will consist of practical application of the DBS Method, which includes the “how” to teach disciples to make disciples.
The Missions Experience -  Nancy Boyer
Do you have the passion to serve in the mission arena? Do you know what it takes? Do you have questions about the opportunities available? Come hear Nancy Boyer’s heart as she shares her experiences in Kenya.
Understanding Your Pastor -  Dave Williams and Mark Halliday
To understand your pastor is to love your pastor. Pastors, like everyone else, get by each day with a few bruises, a bit of stress, and a lot of grace. By understanding your pastor better, you can help him/her as he/she faces the challenges of ministry life.
Prison Ministry -  Victor Glover
If Jesus were on earth today, would we find Him in the prisons, talking and dining with criminals and outcasts? Of course we would. He would be there "to seek and to save the lost!"
Truly Loving People -  April Ocasio
To love someone is to accept them fully for who they are, imperfections and all. Part of loving someone is being supportive, encouraging them to be the best version of themselves.
APEST and Leadership Development  -  Mike Schooley
The APEST assessment is a profiling instrument designed to assist people in finding their ministry style in relation to the philosophy of the fivefold ministry of Ephesians 4 (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds, Teachers).
Younique: Finding Your Personal Calling -  Diane Hakes
Younique is a discovery and life-design process to activate each person's life calling by bringing unprecedented clarity on their special assignment from God.
No Excuses: An Easy Discipleship Tool Anyone Can Use -  Gilbert Thurston
Many people are afraid to disciple someone else because they simply don’t know how. But what if there was a tool that could help you do it? What if that tool were free?  Thankfully there is! Join Gilbert in this workshop as he shares about the Small Circle tool that has had great success in his own church as well as many other local churches as well.
Evangelism: ERC Style—Nick DiFransesco
Nick will lead a discussion on what evangelism looks like within the ERC vs. what it could look like.
