Peak Lacrosse Winter Fundamentals 

All programs led by long-time Apex HS Coach John Hayden and members of the Apex staff (with the help of some Apex Varsity players).

All programs will run on 5 Saturdays October 29, Nov 5,19 December 3,10

Youth Program- (2:30-3:30 PM) Players in grades 1-8 (sorted by age/ability). Players in grades 1-4 may participate with or without equipment (all players need a stick- we can loan sticks if needed).

Position Work- (3:30-4:30) for players in grades 5-10. (sorted by age/ability). Focus on the fundamentals of your position

Shooters Academy (4:30-5:15) Development- all things shooting

Combo: Peak Position Program and Shooters Academy (3:30-5:15)
