This program will offer general information regarding reverse mortgages including who is eligible, pros and cons to obtaining a reverse mortgage and other consumer issues. The program will provide an overview of the foreclosure process in NYS, prevention, and the HAMP Program, and what assistance is available for homeowners facing foreclosure.
