2018 Point In Time Homeless Survey and Count
On January 25, 2018, the East Texas Human Needs Network (ETHNN) will conduct the Point in Time Homeless Survey. Teams of trained volunteers will canvass shelters, soup kitchens, streets and parks to count and survey people experiencing homelessness. 4.5-hour shifts: 8 AM - 12:30 PM* (*Experienced volunteers only) and 3 PM - 7:30 PM.
