2019-2020 USAJRF Sanction Form - for Workshops, Open Tournaments, Clinics, and Practice Insurance 

The United States Amateur Jump Rope Federation (USA Jump Rope) offers General Liability blanket coverage to our members for practices and events. To apply for coverage as an “additionally insured” team, the requestor needs to be a coach or an adult team member with a current USA Jump Rope membership in good standing. The cost of the certificate is sixty five dollars ($65) and is subject to change yearly depending on the policy rates. The policy runs from November 15-November 14 of each calendar year and can be applied for anytime within that year.

The General Liability policy is $3,000,000 general aggregate, $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury limit; and $1,000,000 each occurrence. Some schools or venues require this coverage by teams for possible property loss or damages.

USA Jump Rope prefers all teams that request an additionally insured certificate have yourteam registered as recreational members or competitor members when requesting GeneralLiability coverage so they are also covered under our Secondary Accidental Policy. This coverage is extended to our members as a service to our teams and should be used as such.

USA Jump Rope will not alter the limits of coverage offered in this policy. Any additional coverage or requests outside of the scope of our policy will be at the expense of the team.
